- ENSSURE/Helvetas Nepal supported by SDC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of “Supply and delivery of Laptop and Printer” (ENSSURE/G/NCB/02-080/81) under National competitive bidding.
- Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of ENSSURE/Helvetas, Project Support Unit, CTEVT Complex Bhaktapur or may download from https://notice.helvetasnepal.org/ without any bidding fees.
- Pre-bid meeting shall be held at ENSSURE/Helvetas Nepal, Project Support Unit, CTEVT complex, Bhaktapur at 14:00hrs on 28 February 2024.
- Sealed bids must be submitted by hand to the office at ENSSURE/Helvetas Nepal, Project Support Unit, CTEVT Complex Bhaktapur at Room number 214 on or before 14:00hrs on 5 March 2024. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
- Bids must be valid for 45 days from the date of closing of bid submission. The bid shall open at 15:00hrs on 5 March 2024 at ENSSURE/Helvetas Nepal, Project Support Unit, CTEVT Complex, Bhaktapur.
- If the last date of submission falls on a public holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
- ENSSURE/Helvetas Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject wholly or partly or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
